U- BREW EQUIPMENT FOR FULL SIZE STORE:

In order to operate a full sized beer and wine making store facility you

will need a setup that will include five gas fired stainless steel beer cooking

kettles, a wort (Beer cooked liquid) heat exchanger and filter, and a walk in cooler

room with refrigeration equipment to keep temperature at zero degrees

centigrade. Beer fermenting buckets, bucket washer, and rinser are required for

cleaning and fomenting the wort. Ingredient tables, climate controlled fermenting

 room and bottle filling and washing stations are required.

A wine room needs stainless steel or plastic coated shelving, a counter with sink, and

a bottling station. Primary fermenting buckets and carboys are used

to store and ferment the wine.

Miscellaneous store Equipment:

The store also requires office desks and sales counters, signs and storage shelving

for empty bottles and wine kits. Refridgerator and a preperation table for beer ingredients.

Note: Equipment price is based on used equipment that has been in operation for

less than one year. Equipment is reconditioned and is like new. If you are interested

Total cost of equipment for full sized store is $79,000.00 CAD. The cost of this equipment is

less than one half the cost of new equipment.

 a small store setup will be $49,000.00 CAD.  The cost of this equipment is less than one

half the cost of new equipment.
